Dreams

What if our dreams are actually us being transported into a parallel univererse? Like that’s why sometimes they dont make sense, because we are constantly being teleported throughout our dreams and that’s why we don’t remember the starts of dreams because we are teleported right in the middle of the parallel universe? And when we die or fall in the parallel universes we wake up with a jolt because we have just been teleported super fast? Just a thought….

HOW TO FEEL IT IN YOUR CORE WHEN DOING PLANKS

If you’re like me, going straight into a plank doesn’t give you that feeling that you’re doing anything. I like to warm up my abs before doing planks to get that “sore” feeling:
20 crunches with feet up in 90 degree angle
30 breaths of Pilates and “100”
20 leg lifts
20 crunches with feet up in 90 degree angle
30 sec straight arm plank
20 sec spider-man straight arm planks
20 sec elbow plank
Done :) hope this helped

It’s been over 2 years since the Department of Marvelous Makeup first discovered the awesome ocular artwork of Israeli visual artist Tal Peleg (previously featured here). Peleg uses her own lovely eyes as the canvas for detailed illustrations of favorite pop culture characters such as The Little Prince (for which her eye served as his tiny asteroid home), famous artwork like Dalí’s melting clocks, seasonal scenes, vibrant animals, whimsical collections of emoji and fruit, and more. Most recently she’s been working on a delightful series of playful cat-themed images:
